Participating associations

ANAPI is a public technical institution provided with a legal status. It is under the supervision of Planning and Portfolio Ministries. The setting up of ANAPI, One-stop Shop in terms of investment in the Democratic Republic of Congo originates in the new policy adopted by the Government as from 2001, materialised especially by important economic measures among which, the option of liberalism of the national economy with the liberalisation of mining and oil sectors, the adoption of exchange floating rate system and the promulgation of new laws (Investment Code, Mining Code, Forest Code, Labour Code)

The French-Congolese Chamber of Commerce brings together French and Congolese companies.  The primary mission of the Chamber is to stimulate the French-Congolese business community and in doing so it offers its members access to a network of business intelligence in which they can exchange their information and expertise.  The Chamber also informs investors and French companies interested in developing their presence in the DRC on current market trends and the local investment climate.
The Federation of Congolese Entreprises (FEC) is a Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Crafts, and Employers' association (employers' professional organisation) including private companies and of a mixed economy working on all the area of the Democratic Republic of Congo, any sizes and any merged sectors. One of its main missions: "Insuring promotion of business in the Democratic Republic of Congo".

The Federation of Explorers and Extractors (FEE) is a non-profit organization created in Kinshasa on 30 April 2005.  FEE unites companies operating in Congolese extractive industries by acting as a Chamber of Commerce for companies, entrepreneurs, and mining initiatives.  FEE is an autonomous organization.  FEE is a supporter of sustainable development, the reduction of poverty, the promotion of women in development, and environment conservation.  In particular FEE assists its members to adhere to the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI).

Created in Brazzaville, Congo in 2003, the Central African Power Pool (CAPP) is a regional body empowered by its member countries to
facilitate cross-border transmission projects. The Central Africa Power Pool is formed by the power companies of the following countries:
Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Republic of Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Rwanda, Democratic Republic
of Congo, Sao Tome and Principe.
